  • What is the shipping cost?
    The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer according to the tariffs of the delivery service - "Nova Poshta" for shipments within Ukraine, "Ukrposhta", "Nova Poshta Global", "DHL" - for international shipments.
  • How to exchange or return a product?
    You can return a product that, for any reason, did not fit, provided that its product appearance, packaging, labels, all tags are preserved and if it has not been used. That is why we advise you to try on and carefully examine the product after receiving it in a comfortable environment, without tearing off the labels. You have 14 days from the moment of purchase to return the product in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"(https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023-12#Text). According to the legislation of Ukraine, there are groups of goods that cannot be returned/exchanged. You can read the list of non-returnable products at the link (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF#Text). To return the product, please send it by parcel together with the original packaging and a completed return application (the application form is enclosed in the parcel with the order). Return through the "Nova Poshta" branch: 1. Fill out the return application 2. Put the goods in the original packaging and the completed return application in the parcel. 3. The goods were sent by the "Nova Poshta" delivery service: Kyiv, Branch No. 252 Recipient: Julia Golovan tel. +380633287411 "Easy return" from Nova Poshta: Send the purchased product together with the return application by ordering the "Easy return" service in the mobile application or in the online office of Nova Poshta. To use Easy Return, you need: 1. Log in to the New Mail mobile application or business office. 2. Open "My shipments" and select the received package that you want to return. 3. In the "Manage parcel" section, select "Easy return". 4. Specify the reason for returning the product from the proposed list. 5. Create a new electronic invoice and send the goods to the recipient. Importantly! When registering the shipment at the post office, indicate the full estimated value of the product (the amount for which you purchased the product). In case of loss or damage of the parcel by the courier service, the JUNEJULY store is not responsible and does not refund the cost of the product. In this case, "Nova Poshta" is obliged to return only the estimated value of the parcel. Please note that the absence of a completed application complicates the process of processing a return and such applications will have to be considered longer. Keep the document with the TTN number until you receive the funds. All costs of exchange and return of goods are borne by the buyer, except for cases of manufacturing defects (the case of manufacturing defects is determined by us upon receiving the goods back).
  • How do I get a refund for a returned product?
    After receiving and checking the parcel with the returned goods, the funds are returned to the card specified in the return application. Refunds can take up to 30 business days, but we always try to do it as soon as possible.
  • Does the color of the product presented on the website correspond to the real color of the product in life?
    Sometimes there may be a slight difference in color depending on the brightness settings and specifications of your screen.
  • How do I find out where my order is?
